Construction Update - Oct 9, 2011

Construction of the Prescott Valley Stake Center continues:

• Fence completed - the fence on site is the permanent fence
• Sewer is in
• Grade beams for slab are in
• Storm drains are in under the future parking lot
• The pavilion foundation has been poured (see picture below)
• The current schedule calls for the main foundation to be poured on Oct 17th or 18th
• Framers are scheduled to start on Oct 24 (estimated 30 days of framing)
• 80% of utilities are complete

Members are reminded to please NOT enter the construction site to view the property.  This is an active construction site and it is not safe for members to be roaming the site.  Please view the project from the roadway or sidewalk only.

The foundation for the pavilion located on the south side of the building has been poured.
